Call Center Job Responsibilities:
Establishes Client Information, Determining Eligibility of Prospective
Clients, Database Management
Call Center Job Duties:
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing
clients; verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Produce and prepare call reports
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and
guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Generate prospective clients from general data base.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions;
providing information.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions;
participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related
results as needed.
Identify and escalate priority issues
Management of call records
Call Center Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills,
People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention
to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency (English)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
Good data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
