The ideal applicant is motivated by success and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the HR Field. You should currently hold a senior position in Human Resources and possess a HR Degree or Diploma.

Your role as a partner would require you to assist on a part time consulting basis and thus you do not need to leave your current place of employment or add further office hours to your day.

You will need to be a good networker with the ability to facilitate introductions and maintain good relationships. A good attitude and motivation to succeed would be great tools to assist you with your role.
