(1) Emu Oguro - Palm Wine (Original one not mixed ones)

(2) Orogbo

(3) Osan wewe - Osan were.

Get Original palmwine, cut lime into 4 parts peel bitter kola brownish back off, cut the kola into two parts then soak it in the palmwine for 3days.

Then take one shot first thing in the morning before food and last thing at night.
