Mrs. Ruphina Bosede Akinyera, a cherished mother, teacher, and pillar of her community, entered this world in April 1944 and departed peacefully on March 4, 2025, in Ogun State, Nigeria. Her life, spanning eight decades, was a testament to the power of kindness, education, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.
Born into the Olusanya family, Ruphina grew up with a spirit of generosity that would define her years. She spent much of her life between Lagos and Ogun State, where she built a home filled with warmth and purpose. As a retired teacher, she dedicated herself to shaping young minds, leaving an indelible mark on her students and colleagues. Beyond the classroom, Ruphina’s true passion lay in giving—whether it was her time, her resources, or her encouragement. She had a remarkable gift for lifting others up, helping them find their own paths to success, and her influence rippled through her community in ways that will not soon be forgotten.
At the heart of her life were her beloved family members, Olubunmi, Taiwo, and Kehinde Akinyera, who were her pride and joy.
